3. How Personal Data Is Collected

Your data is collected electronically — through the contact and application forms on the website, cookies, server logs and the OGEM Field application — either directly from you or automatically through your device or browser.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Within the purposes above, personal data may be shared with service providers from whom we obtain infrastructure, hosting and technical support, with competent public authorities where required by law, and with courts or administrative authorities upon request. Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

Our website and database run in our hosting provider's data centres in Germany, so your data is hosted abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out within the framework of Article 9 of KVKK and related regulations.

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in applicable legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Job-application data is kept for the period required by the recruitment process.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing and unauthorised access: encrypted (TLS) connections, authorised access, passwords/PINs stored in a non-reversible form, logging of administrator actions and access restrictions.
