This Privacy Policy explains how OGEM MÜHENDİSLİK İLETİŞİM MAKİNA TAŞIMA İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“OGEM Mühendislik”) uses and protects the information collected through its website, contact and careers forms and the OGEM Field application. 1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact / quotation form: name, e-mail, phone, company, project province and your message.
- Job application: name, e-mail, phone, city, position, your message and an optional résumé (PDF).
Information collected automatically when you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, access time, pages viewed and error/security logs. These logs are used only for site security, availability and debugging.
2. How We Use Information
- To answer your requests and prepare quotations and surveys,
- To evaluate job applications and contact applicants,
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse and unauthorised access,
- To improve our services and website experience,
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your information or share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared only with service providers such as infrastructure and hosting (to the extent the service requires), with competent authorities where legally required, or where needed to protect our rights. Our website does not use third-party scripts for advertising or behavioural tracking.
4. Security
- Communication between you and the site is encrypted with TLS (https).
- Only authorised users can access the administration panel; passwords and PINs are stored in a non-reversible form.
- Administrator actions are logged; failed sign-in attempts are limited and forms are protected by rate limiting against abuse.
- Security headers (a content security policy) that block unauthorised script execution are applied to the pages.
Even so, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free.
5. Retention
Your information is kept for as long as its purpose and legal retention obligations require, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Children
Our services are directed to business customers; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen.
7. Third-party Links
Social media and other external links on our site take you to websites with their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
